When the Medicaid cuts pushed by President Donald Trump go into effect next year, hundreds of thousands of North Carolinians could lose their health insurance.
That will cause patients to suffer and further strain the nurses and doctors who care for them, Zoe Clarke, a nurse at Mission Hospital in Asheville told Cardinal & Pine.
