Dr. Shavon Leach is the Program Manager for North Carolina A, Philip Randolph Educational Fund (NCAPREF). Dr. Leach works to ensure voters are informed about candidates, policies, and various issues year-round to foster a strong sense of civic responsibility and engagement.
